1. About Intrro

Intrro.ai ("Intrro", "we", "our", or "us") helps event organizers and attendees network before, during, and after events. Intrro is currently in beta and is provided for testing and feedback.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Intrro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

3. User Accounts and Data

We use Clerk for identity and authentication. Your name, email, and event data are stored securely and used to enable networking features.

You may request account or data deletion anytime at community@intrro.ai.

4. Organizer Responsibilities and Liability

• Comply with applicable laws and community guidelines.
• Manage participant communications.
• Obtain permissions for event data or recordings.
• Intrro provides platform technology only and is not liable for organizer actions, event content, or interactions between participants.

5. Attendee Responsibilities

• Provide accurate profile information.
• Communicate respectfully.
• Do not misuse or share others' personal data.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform materials (software, UI, branding, content) belong to Intrro.ai or its licensors. Users retain rights to content they upload.

7. Beta Disclaimer

Intrro is provided "as-is" with no guarantees regarding performance or availability. You agree Intrro is not responsible for data loss or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts for Terms violations. You may stop using Intrro at any time and request data deletion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA and applicable privacy laws in Canada for Canadian users.
